Clinical chemistry

BioMaxima S.A. has been manufacturing clinical chemistry reagents since its inception. For more than 18 years, it has been improving its products and adapting them to the changing needs of the diagnostic market. It offers more than 140 different biochemical reagents and control material, including lines of reagents for universal use as well as reagents dedicated to analyzers of our production: BM 100, BM 200, BM 300 and BM 500.

Hematology

Hematological diagnostics is a field that deals with the study of the properties of the blood and hematopoietic system. Thanks to the use of solutions manufactured by BioMaxima S.A., we offer our partners analyzers and reagents that guarantee a wide range of diagnostic possibilities for blood diseases.

Urine analysis

Urinalysis is one of the most frequently performed tests in the laboratory. Thanks to these tests we can diagnose dozens of diseases and assess the functional state of many organs of the body. BioMaxima S.A.'s offer allows our partners to take advantage of manual as well as automatic analyzers along with automatic evaluation of urine sediment.

Rapid tests

Tests using rapid tests are used for rapid, mostly qualitative diagnosis of many infections caused by bacteria or viruses, diagnosis of addictions, as well as for detection of cancer. BioMaxima S.A. is the only manufacturer of rapid tests in Poland. Thanks to the use of modern machinery with a very high capacity of up to 5,000 determinations per hour, we are able to provide our partners with a secure supply of tests in any quantity and in any assortment.

General Analytics

The General Analytical division includes a range of reagents and dyes for use in hematological, cytological and histopathological diagnostics. BioMaxima S.A., with a view to a comprehensive offer for laboratory diagnostics, offers our partners a range of reagents for the above-mentioned applications.

Electrolytes

Determination of ionized forms of elements, important for the proper functioning of the water-electrolyte balance of the human body, is a very important section of laboratory diagnostics, so they can be determined on a wide variety of clinical chemistry analyzers or instruments for determining acid-base balance. Separate analyzers for this purpose only can also be used. BioMaxima S.A. offers all the solutions mentioned above. In this section we offer our partners a solution dedicated exclusively to electrolyte determination.
